This month we managed the refurbishment of 2x penthouse apartments in Boroughbridge, York. The properties were purchased at Auction in December 2021 following a repossession order. As part of the refurbishment, the family bathroom was reconfigured in the larger three bedroom apartment to improve the functionality of the space and increase market value. The existing boiler was upgrade and a new bathroom suite fitted. In addition, each apartment was given an essential upgrade with contemporary light fittings and fixtures, new flooring throughout and full redecoration.
We delivered the project with professionalism and expertise, resulting in an efficient ROI for the investor when the properties are refinanced later this month. Hansby was appointed for cost management and project management.
