This month we completed a full refurbishment of a 2 bedroom terraced property in Huddersfield. As part of the back to brick refurbishment, we reconfigured the second bedroom to create a double bedroom and increase market value. We also applied a DPC to the building walls, upgraded the electrics, installed a new wet system and designed, sourced and fitted new kitchen and bathroom suites.
We delivered the project with professionalism and expertise resulting in an efficient ROI for the investor and a slick refinance as a buy to let.
