We achieved project completion for a client last month on a luxury 9 bed HMO in central Harrogate. Each room is complete with its own en-suite and beautifully presented, ready for the first tenants to move in this week! We acquired this project midway through the pre-work phase after the original contractor fell short of expectation. Our team promptly mobilised and managed a team of skilled tradespersons to deliver the project and exceeding the expectations of their client. Hansby was also appointed for cost management and project management which was overseen by Chris and James.
